How to make a decent edit without Topaz Clean!
This is what our end product will be:
I will teach you how to make it soft without using Topaz Clean which will make it look like plastic. I did use Topaz DeNoise though, so I recommend that you have that installed!
Sure the same smooth effect can be done with smudging, but it takes a lot longer!
this is a useful thing i would like to spend more time looking at!!!!

imteamjelena asked me to make a tutorial on how to do this so here you go.
Note: it would be best to use plain background images, like photoshoots with plain backgrounds and such.
1: first thing open up your image in photoshop, then make a new document, fill it with whatever color/pattern you prefer.
2: then your image, the one you will cut out, using the pen tool(P), randomly or accurately make a path around it. i made mine randomly.
3: after you close the path right click and the select Make selection, the on your keyboard click Ctrl+c. then go back to the new document we made and click Ctrl+v.
4: last step, (see how easy) add your coloring and some people like to add a grainy texture after the coloring i will be using one from this amazing pack by northerndawn. and then any effect you’d like to make on your pictures like 3d effect or something should be made now, good luck and feel free to ask any questions. :)

HOLA! ( ̄▽ ̄)ノ this is nan and i’m here to teach you how to
dougiemake the spinning effect! an anon requested this tutorial and i hope he sees it! the effect itself is very very very easy to make, you’ll see! anyways, let’s go! you’ll need: 1) extracted pictures (pictures without their background) — if you don’t know how to do it, i have a tutorial for it —; 2) and know how to make gifs — you’ll find everything you need in the tutorial i linked you. ok, first step is to place your pictures where you want them to stay and make sure they’re proportional (click!); duplicate them until you have three layers of the same picture (click!); now we’ll reduce the width of two of them: press ctrl+t (or go to the transformation option: edit > transformation) and here put 75% in the first and 45% in the second (then you’ll press ctrl+t again and flip it horizontally). they must look like this. now we’ll make the gifs! we’ll need 4 frames for each picture you’ll be using: it starts with the 75% picture, then goes to the normal picture, then goes back to the 75% and after for the flipped one. didn’t understand? click here! usually my time setting is: 0,5s for the normal picture and 0,07s for the rest. you’ll make the same process in the other pictures you’re using. that’s it! hope you get it~ if you didn’t, come in my ask box and ask me for a better explanationeven though i don’t know how i can explain it in a better way. see you guys later! ヽ(゜∇゜)ノ
